Jolene Morgan is a business professional with a strong background in accounting, payroll, business administration, operations, and client support. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners navigate the challenges of starting and growing a business with confidence.

Drawing on years of leadership and management experience, along with a diploma in Accounting, Payroll, and Business Administration, Jolene helps clients build well-organized, efficient, and financially sound businesses. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration, further strengthening her expertise in business strategy, leadership, and organizational management. Her experience with the Red Cross in operational leadership, emergency management, and team supervision has strengthened her ability to remain calm under pressure, solve complex problems, and guide others through challenging situations with confidence.

Known for her compassionate and approachable nature, Jolene understands that starting or growing a business can often feel overwhelming. She takes pride in building trusted relationships with clients, listening to their unique goals, and providing practical guidance that helps them feel supported, informed, confident, and never alone throughout their business journey.

Eric Samms is a technology specialist, business operator, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in information technology, business development, and education.

Throughout his career, Eric has designed and implemented enterprise technology solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and business systems integration. He is passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to improve security, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.

Having owned and operated multiple successful businesses across diverse industries, Eric brings firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, business startup, branding, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. This practical business perspective, combined with deep technical expertise, enables him to deliver solutions that help organizations improve efficiency, strengthen security, and achieve sustainable growth.

Since 2008, Eric has also served as an instructor at Keyin College, teaching information technology and business programs while helping prepare the next generation of IT and business professionals.
